Burnout prevention

A hidden crisis in the workplace

What causes a burnout? Is it your calendar, your family, your job or, maybe, your fear of failure?

According a 2024 studies by Deloitte, a staggering 56% of C-Suite executives are at an acute risk of overstraining themselves. In 2020 this applied to 'only' 46%, and the number seems to have risen ever since.
But it's not just executives at risk here. There pressure is felt even more in middle management, where 71% seems to be at risk.

With these numbers growing every year, we should acknowledge that conventional treatments, like mental health days, psychotherapy, sabbaticals and life coaching, simply do not work.

Is it really your surroundings?

In our effort to effectively turn the tide of the burnout wave, we're going into areas that conventional methods don't touch. Still, for each manager or executive suffering excessive stress, there's another individual dealing with the same conditions just fine. It's become time to tap into the wisdom of those high-achievers, that bear responsibilities while maintaining a calm state of mind.

With our approach, we tackle the root cause, rather than the symptoms. The amount of stress and pressure people feel is mostly a matter of perception. The good thing about this? The key to the solution lies within yourself.
Talking about subconscious reconditioning: the state of being calm, in control, and balanced under any circumstance can be trained. The key is in your subconscious mind. Once we start working with your subconscious, resilience becomes your second nature.

How does an in-person session work?

In-person sessions are offered in 2 locations in Berlin-Neukölln. In-person business hypnosis can also be booked in a location of your choice, in or close to Berlin.
Our practice rooms are designated for therapy sessions and will allow you to fully wind down and be receptive to the treatment that you'll receive. In-person hypnosis can be more effective than online hypnosis, as the hypnotherapist feels your energy better and can therefore better tailor the induction.
