Health improvement
Is it hard to be healthy?
Why some people seem to be trapped in unhealthy habits, while others live healthy effortlessly?
Most people know how to improve their health, but for many it seems unachievable. They've tried multiple diets to lose weight, tried to quit smoking several times, bought that 12-month gym subscription but only went 5 times.
Some people are just wired to behave healthy. Working out makes them feel happy, eating vegetables gives them energy, they naturally back off from processed food and cigarettes.
There's another category of people who seem to have the opposite: they find happiness in binge-eating on the coach, drinking and smoking while healthy food feels like a punishment

It's all in your head
The good news is: if some are wired to live healthy automatically, everyone can be wired to be just like that. The key is in your subconscious mind, which is exactly the area where hypnotherapy brings lasting change.
Through hypnotherapy, you’ll uncover the underlying causes of your unhealthy habits, and replace them with empowering beliefs. Instead of relying on sheer willpower alone, hypnotherapy makes you crave a healthy living on auto-pilot.
How would you feel when you never have 'to diet' again? How much money would you save when you quit, how much health would you gain if you’d instinctively only eat and drink what’s good for your body?
Book your intake call today, and we'll draft your personal H4L Progress Plan. You'll notice a shift after 3 sessions already.

Your path to seeing results
How does an online session work?
An online hypnotherapy session takes between 45 to 60 minutes and can be booked through the website. During the booking process you can provide a short summary of the topic you like to cover. This allows us to utilize our time efficiently.
Session overview and induction process
If we'll see each other for the first time, we'll first have an intake call, during which we'll craft your hypnotherapy journey. Then, when the actual session starts, it’s time for the induction. You’ll be guided into a trance, where you’ll tap into your unconscious. Depending on your unique story, your unconscious mind will be guided on a journey to release certain blockages and adept new influences that will improve your life.
Aftercare and integration timing
You'll be guided back into your consciousness once your 'journey' is over. Usually, it takes a few hours or even days for the experience to settle. Patience is advised: with hypnosis, we work on a subconscious level; it may take a while before your conscious mind realized what's happened. For this reason, we won’t spend time on integration directly after the session. A separate call can be scheduled for that a few days later.

How does an in-person session work?
In-person sessions are offered in 2 locations in Berlin-Neukölln. In-person business hypnosis can also be booked in a location of your choice, in or close to Berlin.
Our practice rooms are designated for therapy sessions and will allow you to fully wind down and be receptive to the treatment that you'll receive. In-person hypnosis can be more effective than online hypnosis, as the hypnotherapist feels your energy better and can therefore better tailor the induction.
