Cure fears and anxieties
Fear and anxiety can feel overwhelming, impacting how we interact with the world and holding us back from certain activities. Whether it’s social anxiety, fear of public speaking, flying, or other phobias, these intense responses often originate in the subconscious, tied to past experiences or beliefs about safety and control.
Hypnotherapy works by guiding you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing you to explore and understand these fears at their core, identifying triggers and breaking the patterns that reinforce them.

In this focused state, you can gently reframe your relationship with fear, shifting from avoidance to calm, constructive responses. Rather than simply coping with anxiety, hypnotherapy empowers you to rewire your reactions, creating a foundation for confidence and resilience in previously stressful situations.
Imagine your future self, where you’ll finally board that plane, start conversations with strangers, climb that tower, and don't mind any spiders on the wall. How liberating would that be? You’ll find yourself feeling more secure, grounded, and free to approach life’s opportunities with a newfound sense of ease and strength.
How does an online session work?
An online hypnotherapy session typically takes about 45 minutes and can be booked through the website. During the booking process you can provide a short summary of the topic you like to cover. This allows us to utilize our time efficiently.
Session overview and induction process
The first 10 minutes will be spent to talk about your specific needs. Some questions may be asked that help to find out what is holding you back and where this may be coming from. After that, it’s time for the induction. You’ll be guided into a trance, where you’ll tap into your unconscious. Depending on your unique story, your unconscious mind will be guided on a journey to release certain blockages and adept new influences that will improve your life. This part will take about 30 minutes.
Aftercare and integration timing
You'll be guided back into your consciousness once your 'journey' is over. Usually, it takes a few hours or even days for the experience to settle. Patience is advised: with hypnosis, we work on a subconscious level; it may take a while before your conscious mind realized what's happened. For this reason, we won’t spend time on integration directly after the session. A separate call can be scheduled for that a few days later.
